Bid Specs for Snow Plow Truck for Hanover Township Columbiana County Ohio - August 23 2023

The Hanover Township Trustees will be accepting sealed bids for a new snow plow truck with dump bed and snow plow attachments. Bid specifications can be found below or by contacting the township at haovertownshipohio@gmail.com.

All sealed bids must be received by 12pm on Monday September 18th. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting Tuesday September 19th at 8pm.

Instructions

Hanover Township Trustees will be accepting bids for the following Snow plow Truck with Dump bed and plow with attachments This was properly advertised in the Lisbon Morning Journal for two consecutive weeks.
All bids must be sealed and must include the following
- Signed Notarized Non- Collusion Affidavit
- Date of delivery
- Total delivered complete purchase price
- Name of company and address
- A complete list of options and accessories
- A clear statement of warranty
The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as required by R.C. 5549.21, see also R.C. 9.312 (attached below).
Further, R.C. 9.24 requires the Township to conduct a search on the Auditor of State’s website https://ohioauditor.gov/findings.html. No contract can be awarded against a person whom the State Auditor has issued a finding for recovery, subject to some exceptions.
Bids must be sealed and submitted to PO Box 335 Hanoverton, Ohio 44423 or by dropping them of in person at the Hanover Township Hall at 29309 sr 30 Kensington Ohio 44427 between 10 am 12 pm on Monday September 18th. All bids must be received by this date and time.
The Hanover Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
